How to measure your hand
Measure the circumference of your dominant hand just below the knuckles with a flexible tape, keeping your fingers together and your hand flat. Measure both hands and use the larger measurement.
How goalkeeper gloves should fit
The glove should sit securely around the hand and wrist without uncomfortable pressure. Your fingers should reach naturally into the glove, with enough room to move but not so much that the glove shifts during use.
